A Summer Gathering You Won't Forget
Saturday, July 12 | Port Dover, ON
This is the kind of gathering you’ll talk about all summer. A full-day celebration of music, movement, creativity, and connection… hosted at Homegrown Hideaway, a hidden gem tucked along the Lynn River just outside Port Dover.
In the morning, all are welcome to explore our quiet trails and open fields at your own pace, sinking into the rhythm of the day.
Homegrown Hideaway was born from a vision 5 years ago: to create a place where people could feel grounded in the land and more connected to each other. This one-day event is a reflection of everything that’s grown here over the past five years: the people, the purpose, and the magic of what happens when we gather with intention.
This is not just another summer event. This is a Homegrown celebration. Come celebrate 5 years of Homegrown Hideaway with us.
Saturday, July 12. One day only. Tickets are limited.

Concert Line Up
Nolan Gibson
Equipped with a foundation in roots music, but a sense of responsibility to our present times, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Nolan Gibson creates music that is grounded, yet embraces curiosity and growth.
When crafting lyrics, Nolan looks to John Prine, The Band, and traditional folk music as his Northstars. But the path Nolan walks is his own. His eclectic voice and guitar playing allow him to blur genre lines, and his lyrics will make you smile, laugh, cry, roll your eyes, and most importantly, feel.
Nolan is based in Norfolk County, and he believes in carrying it’s rich musical spirit with him to a stage near you

their onstage rapport to a high shine.
The band released *Foul Weather Friends *in May 2023, their first professional studio album after over a decade of self-produced music.
Recorded live off the floor and engineered by Andy Magoffin at his House of Miracles, Roots Music Canada praised the album’s “out-of-this-world
harmonies and sweet, tart, string-band sound” and the band’s “catchy-as-hell little ditties that could easily pass for traditional”. The record earned them a nomination at the 2025 CFMAs for Contemporary Vocalist of the Year.
Highbanks Bluegrass
Although The Highbanks Bluegrass Band is one of Canada’s newest units, they come with years of experience. They pack incredible instrumental virtuosity and smooth vocal arrangements into their exciting live performances.
