Sustainable Families Gathering | Sat Feb 25 10am – 12pm

‘Sustainable Families’ began as a series of workshops designed to teach practical skills in self-sustainability. This season we are shifting to family gatherings at Homegrown Hideaway. All gatherings are designed to bring families together to learn, explore, and develop a connection with other like-minded people and businesses on a similar path.

Each gathering will have an overall theme to guide conversation, but this is not a formal lecture series. Come as you are. Visit with other families. Learn about something happening in your community.

We are SO excited to watch as new connections are sparked, and relationships formed throughout these more relaxed gatherings. Consider Sustainable Families Gatherings your new connection point for anything and everything that helps you and your family live sustainably and happily 🙂

For now, gatherings will happen on a monthly basis at the beautiful Homegrown Hideaway event venue near Port Dover, Ontario. All are family friendly. All ages welcome.

Our first family gathering will take place Sat Feb 25th from 10am – 12pm. The theme for this gathering is simply, Sustainable Living. Cash donation at the door. Registration in advance recommended (so we know you’re coming!) but not required.

This is bound to be a great time meeting, chatting and getting to know other sustainable families in a lowwww pressure way. Come hang out with us in the barn. Weather dependent, we might even have a bonfire going too.

Bring snacks…. for the kids….. 😉
